๐บ๐ธ Do you love pasta with tons of parmesan cheese on top?
This is my Vegan Parmesan Cheese!
1 cup of raw almonds or raw cashews
1/2 cup of white raw sesame seeds
1/4 cup of good salt.
Grind in a good mixer then add 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast.

1 tazza di mandorle o anacardi crudi
1/2 tazza di semi di sesamo bianco crudi
1/4 di tazza di sale
Sminuzzare tutto con l'aiuto di un buon frullatore e alla fine aggiungere 1/4 di tazza di lievito alimentare.
