๐บ๐ธVery healthy cookies, perfect for kids, also theeting ones:
2 cups of almond flour
1/2 cup of tapioca starch
2 tbs of apple butter
1 tbs of sunflower oil
1 lemon juice
Mix together and, if the dough is too smooth, add some more flour and starch.
Bake for about 10 minutes at 180’C (but it depends on the oven so just check!)

2 tazze di farina di mandorle
1/2 tazza di amido di tapioca
2 cucchiai di burro di mela
1 cucchiaio di olio di semi di girasole
Succo di 1 limone
Lavorare insieme gli ingredienti e, se l’impasto รจ troppo liquido, aggiungere ancora farina e amido.
Infornare circa 10 minuti a 180’C (ma dipende dal forno, quindi controllate sempre la cottura).
